There is a three meter hight tube, which is cut on top in an angle of 45 deg. In the middle of the intersection, there is the main axes,where rotates three booms. At the ends of the tree booms are gimaled for each a sticks with fife tilted elliptical shapes. The aerodynamic of the elliptical shaps has right of the hight tube a lifting and at the left an downswing. Because of the tilt axes now they are able to go upper respectively lower, if the simultaneous rotate. See the video for a better understanding.
